1. <strong>Payment:</strong> All payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date. 2. <strong>GST:</strong> Prices are exclusive of GST. Customers must provide a valid GSTIN for tax credit. 3. <strong>Advance:</strong> A 50% non-refundable advance is required to commence work. 4. <strong>Validity:</strong> This Proforma Invoice is valid for 15 days from the date of issue. 5. <strong>IP Rights:</strong> Ownership of goods remains with company until the final payment is cleared. 6. <strong>TDS:</strong> Deductions must be supported by a TDS certificate as per the Income Tax Act. 7. <strong>Scope:</strong> Any work outside the agreed scope will be billed as "Additional Services." 8. <strong>Refunds:</strong> Fees for IT services/digital products are non-refundable once work begins. 9. <strong>Liability:</strong> Our liability is strictly limited to the total value of this invoice. 10. <strong>Jurisdiction:</strong> All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai, India.
